How to file a complaint?

In order to file a complaint please contact our Customer Happiness Centre via "Support" on our web page: www.aion.be or via chat in the application. Our agents will assist you in the process.
You may also send the complaint by email to the following address: complaint@aion.be
As required by Belgian law we will respond to your complaint up to 30 days.
Have you lodged a complaint and are not satisfied with the solution provided by Aion?
We kindly inform, that Clients who qualify as consumers (natural persons acting outside the scope of their professional activities) and who are not satisfied with the Bank’s position may contact the Ombudsman in financial matters (“Ombudsfin”):
