In order to file a complaint, please send the complaint by email to the following address: complaint@aion.be
We will do our best to respond to your complaint up to 30 days.
Have you lodged a complaint and are not satisfied with the solution provided by Aion?
We kindly inform, that Clients who qualify as consumers (natural persons acting outside the scope of their professional activities) and who are not satisfied with the Bank’s position may contact the Ombudsman in financial matters (“Ombudsfin”):
