If access to the app was blocked, e.g. as a result of the theft of your previous device, you will need to request app access unblock.


If login possibility has been blocked, please contact us via chat in the application. To contact us, tap on the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. Then select 'Help Centre' and tap on the yellow button 'write to us'. Provide your identification details and explain what exact issue do you have once you try to login.
