Unfortunately there is no way to cancel a transfer once you've sent it. We suggest to ask the recipient to send it back.
However, we can file a recall request on your behalf.
In order to do so, we need to receive all transfer details:
- sender's account number,
- amount,
- date and time,
- recipient's account number,
- recipient's name,
- reason of cancellation.
