It might occur that a Car Rental company does not accept your Aion Credit Card, as this card is not embossed (you cannot 'feel' the information on the plastic card). We are very sorry if this occurs to you, but when it happens, please inform the merchant that your Aion Credit Cards are official credit cards from MasterCard (You can see the official credit sticker at the back). MasterCard has the agreement with these rental companies that these cards should be accepted, as this is their policy. We recommend you to insist on this.
If the card is nonetheless not accepted by the merchant, please inform the Customer Happiness Center about this, as we will file a complaint at MasterCard about it.
