I didn't receive my new cards.

If you haven't yet received your new Aion cards for more than 2 weeks, we recommend that you block them in the app and order new ones. Follow the steps below:


  1. In the application: go to the 'Finances' section, select the card that needs to be blocked. Click on 'pause', then an option appears to  the card completely.
  2. Then go back to Finances and press 'add new debit card'. In the overview you also have an option to order a physical version and confirm the delivery address.
