If you haven't yet received your new Aion cards for more than 2 weeks, we recommend that you block them in the app and order new ones. Follow the steps below:
- In the application: go to the 'Finances' section, select the card that needs to be blocked. Click on 'pause', then an option appears to the card completely.
- Then go back to Finances and press 'add new debit card'. In the overview you also have an option to order a physical version and confirm the delivery address.
