I detected fraudulent activity on my account. How do I protect my account?

Please login to your account  and contact our Customer Happiness Centre via chat in the application.  During the chat conversation, please provide details regarding the fraud attempt such as:

Type of fraudulent activity and short description of your issue

Time and date of fraudulent activity  

Information whether you wish to:

1.  Do you wish to restrict your card/cards

2. Do you wish to restrict your account access

3. Do you wish to restrict your application access


If you are unable to login or contact us via chat in the application, you can request blockage of your account through a specially designed fraud reporting form on our website: LINK
