A direct debit is an agreement you made with another company to directly take money from your account. This is not an agreement you made with the bank to perform a payment.
Please contact the company you have set up the direct debit with. We can't cancel it on from our side.
You can however cancel your last made payment of the direct debit if it was made no longer than 8 weeks ago. If you have already contacted merchant of this payment in order to cancel your contract and it was not done, we will need you to provide us with confirmation of not effective contact.
