The only document required to open a bank account at Aion, is a valid Belgian or Polish Identity Card, Belgian residence Card (type B, C, D, H, E, E+, F, F+) or an Austrian, Belgian, British, Czech, Danish, Dutch, German, Finnish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish passport. If you choose the passport option, however, please bear in mind you would need a phone with a NFC technology.
You can also choose an identification via itsme (Belgium only).
You just need to download the AION Bank application in Google Play or Apple Store and follow the instructions on the screen. If you encounter any issue, our Customer Happiness Center will help you to go through the process.
