Money has left the sender's bank but hasn't arrived in my account yet - where is it?

It could be that the transfer is still in progress because the sender missed the cut-off time from their bank. It can also happen that mentioned transfer is awaiting to be checked by relevant department.


Please contact us via chat with transfer confirmation, so we would be able to check if this transfer has reached our bank.
