Why haven't I received a fidelity premium?

Created by Aion Bank, Modified on Fri, 6 Dec at 2:31 PM by Julian Kocon

A loyalty bonus is an additional bonus awarded for any amount remaining on your account for 12 consecutive months. It is paid on a fixed date four times a year. If you haven't received a loyalty bonus, it may be because you haven't had any money in your account for 12 consecutive months, or because you haven't yet reached one of the payment dates.

If the funds have been available for at least 12 months and the loyalty bonus has not been paid by the loyalty bonus acquisition date (1st day of each quarter), please contact the Customer Happiness Center.
