A fidelity premium is an additional bonus for any amount which remains in your account for 12 consecutive months. It is paid on fixed dates four times a year. If you haven't received a fidelity premium, it could be because you have not had money in your account for 12 consecutive months, or because you have not yet reached one of the payment dates.
If funds are available for at least 12 months and fidelity premium was not paid out on fidelity premium acquisition date (1st day of each quarter) please contact Customer Happiness Center.
