A fidelity premium is an additional bonus for any amount which remains in your account for 12 consecutive months. It is paid on fixed dates four times a year. If you haven't received a fidelity premium, it could be because you have not had money in your account for 12 consecutive months, or because you have not yet reached one of the payment dates.
