Once we receive all the necessary information to close your account, the final closure takes place within 44 days.
You may use your account during the notice period lasting 30 days. Once this period is over, the account is blocked and we wait 14 days for the final closure, due to what is called reconciliation - to make sure all transactions are settled.
Note: Refusing to provide us with an external IBAN will result in the Bank keeping all remaining funds on your account(s) after the 30 days notice period.
