If there's a technical issue with my bank transfer, how long will it take for me to be refunded?

Every case is different. When transfer was already sent out from our bank, we need to contact beneficiary bank and we need to await their response. We are working hard to fix every issue resulting from technical bugs and we will process all the transfers as soon as it is resolved.
