Please contact the merchant to change Credit Card number to your current Aion Credit Card. If your Banca Monte Paschi VISA Card is not active anymore, the funds will not automatically be transferred to your current account, as the card is not active anymore.
The merchant should know how to transfer funds to your new Aion Mastercard Credit Card.
If the refund has been already made to your VISA credit card, please contact the Customer Happiness Center to request that these funds will be transferred on your current account.
