The free amount is the money available in your bank account that you can withdraw when you have a foreclosure. The value of the free amount is equal to 75% of the gross minimum wage, which is due to employees working in what is known as full-time employment. It will change twice in 2024. From January to July 2024, it is PLN 3,181.50 (75% x PLN 4,242), while from July to December 2024 it will be PLN 3,225 (75% x PLN 4,300).
