My partner had a loan with Aion, but he/she passed away. What can I do now?

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us on info@aion.be in order to change the account profile to a "Loan Only Account", that bears no monthly subscription fees, nor cards or anything else. Reimbursing the loan will then be done by monthly installments.
