A fidelity premium is an additional bonus for any amount which remains in your account for 12 consecutive months. If you think that the amount you have been paid is too low, check that all of the funds in your account were deposited over 12 months ago. Please note that withdrawals from your savings account result in the loss or reduction of your fidelity premium.
