If you are on your Individual profile: Identity Theft Monitor can be accessed via money max menu. Go to Money Max, choose Max Security tile and select Identity Theft Monitor from the list of max security tools. 

If you are on your Professional profile: Identity Theft Monitor can be accessed via business max menu. Go to Business Max, choose Max Security tile and select Identity Theft Monitor from the list of max security tools.
