1. Open My Invoices and you will see a welcome screen with a simple manual. Tap the “Add invoice" button.
2. First you need to add your customer. If your customer's company is registered in Belgium - you can easily find it using our search. If not - add your customer manually.
3. The invoice form will be shown right after your customer is added. Check the general information, which is filled automatically and add line item.
4. After filling the form in you can click "Preview the invoice" button to see if the document is correct. If everything is ok - click the ”Confirm this invoice" button.
5. After issuing the invoice you can share it with your customer using apps installed on your mobile like email or Whatsapp. If you are on the web version, you can download it from your browser.
