Maestro Card is available for members with Belgian or Dutch tax residency. 

In order to request a new Maestro card please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the ‘Finances’ section in your application
  2. Click on ‘Order new debit card’
  3. Choose ‘Maestro’
  4. You may add your Maestro to your Apple or Google Wallet and use your new card to pay in-store or online 
  5. You may also order a physical debit card. 

If you do not see this possibility in your application please check in the app how many cards are available for you:
Go to the main screen of the application -> click on the person icon in the top right corner -> click on ‘Membership‘ -> see how many debit cards you may have in total.

If there is only one debit card available in your membership, you may replace the existing card with a new Maestro card. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the ‘Finances‘ section in your application
  2. Select your Mastercard debit card
  3. Click on ‘pause card'
  4. Click on ‘block‘ and confirm 
  5. Select ‘add new card‘
  6. Select ‘maestro‘ and confirm with ‘order digital debit card‘
