Maestro Card is available for members with Belgian or Dutch tax residency.
In order to request a new Maestro card please follow the steps below:
- Go to the ‘Finances’ section in your application
- Click on ‘Order new debit card’
- Choose ‘Maestro’
- You may add your Maestro to your Apple or Google Wallet and use your new card to pay in-store or online
- You may also order a physical debit card.
If you do not see this possibility in your application please check in the app how many cards are available for you:
Go to the main screen of the application -> click on the person icon in the top right corner -> click on ‘Membership‘ -> see how many debit cards you may have in total.
If there is only one debit card available in your membership, you may replace the existing card with a new Maestro card. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to the ‘Finances‘ section in your application
- Select your Mastercard debit card
- Click on ‘pause card'
- Click on ‘block‘ and confirm
- Select ‘add new card‘
- Select ‘maestro‘ and confirm with ‘order digital debit card‘
